Who are Pinnacle Garden Rooms?

Pinnacle Garden Rooms is a small family-run business based in Bedfordshire. We design, fabricate and manufacture bespoke garden room structures at our own unit, then manage the complete build at your property.

Where do you build garden rooms?

We serve all towns and villages across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, including Milton Keynes. Harlington, Flitwick and Ampthill are among the Bedfordshire locations we cover. Send your project postcode with your enquiry so we can discuss access and the site.

How much does a bespoke garden room cost?

Our garden rooms start from £16,000 including VAT. Every room is bespoke, so your written quotation confirms the price for your size, layout, glazing, finishes and site requirements. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.

Do you install the concrete base?

Yes. We install the concrete base as part of your complete garden room build. We discuss your garden, access and the agreed specification before setting out the work in your quotation.

Do you manage the whole garden room build?

Yes. We coordinate the project from the concrete base to the structure and internal finishing work, keeping you informed so you can carry on with everyday life. Your quotation records the specification, access arrangements and how the electrical connection will be handled.

Are your garden rooms bespoke or bought as flat-pack kits?

Every Pinnacle garden room is unique and bespoke. We fabricate and manufacture each structure ourselves at our own unit to suit the agreed design. Our structures are not bought in as flat-pack kits.

Can I use a garden room all year round?

Our rooms use 100 mm PIR insulated panels, with air conditioning and heat pump heating as standard, to help keep the space comfortable across the seasons.

What can I use a garden room for?

We create garden offices, home gyms, entertainment rooms and quiet retreats. The layout, glazing, flooring, wall colours and electrical requirements are tailored to how you want to use your room.

Which internal finishes can I choose?

Choose wall colours, flooring and glazing to suit your space. Options include plank and tile-effect flooring, carpet tiles and opening windows. Interiors are finished with LED ceiling tile lights.

What warranty comes with a Pinnacle garden room?

Our garden rooms come with a 10-year warranty. We explain the cover and provide the full warranty terms with your project documentation.

How do you limit disruption and damage to the garden?

We plan access and take care while working to help limit damage to the garden. There will not be a skip on your driveway: we remove all build waste and leave the work area tidy when the build is finished.

Do you offer annual garden room cleaning?

Yes. Our optional annual cleaning service helps keep your garden room in good condition. Choose monthly payments towards the annual clean or one annual payment. Ask us for service details and pricing.

Do I need planning permission for a garden room?

Many garden rooms in England can be built under permitted development rights without a planning application, provided all relevant limits and conditions are met. We assess each project case by case, considering the property, intended use, room size, height, position and any local restrictions. Listed buildings, designated areas or properties with restricted permitted development rights may need additional permissions. Where necessary, we recommend confirming the position with your local planning authority before work starts. Building regulations are separate and may still apply.
